- Smalltown Supersound will release the Norwegian duo's next LP in August.
Mungolian Jet Set will release a new album in August called Mungodelics on Smalltown Supersound.
A fittingly over-the-top press release calls the new LP "a psychodramatic sequel" to the Norwegian duo's 2009 album, We Gave It All Away, Now We Are Taking It Back, in that it combines originals, "remakes made into originals," collaborations with other artists and solo efforts by the group's core members, Knut Saevik and Paul "Strangefruit" Nyhus. Guest appearances come from Athana, Norwegian pop artist Unni Wilhelmsen, nine piece instrumental band Jaga Jazzist and the mysterious outfits Knights of Jumungus and The Sjukt. The album will be available digitally and on CD or in an extended vinyl version.
