  • Chalet, a new club organized by former members of the Bar25 crew, will open this Friday in Berlin. In addition to Sebastian Baier and several "anonymous owners," the new venue is the brainchild of Danny Faber and Andreas Söcknick, who founded Bar25 alongside Christoph Klenzendorf (now of KaterHolzig) among others. It's located in Kreuzberg just a few doors down from Club der Visionaere in an old brick building that used to house the bar Heinz Minki. The club reportedly has a romantic, 19th century theme, and includes a big garden with a pond. It will open with a single party spanning the entire weekend, starting Friday and wrapping up on Monday. The first lineup is more than 25 strong, with Deadbeat, Alex Picone, Dana Ruh, DeWalta, Daniel Dreier and former Bar25 regular Beaner among those confirmed. Upcoming parties will feature dOP, Oleg Poliakov, Cesar Merveille, Ruede Hagelstein and more.
