The NYC artist has helped recruit a collection of DJs, including MK, Lee Foss and Ryan Crosson, to play ball for a good cause.
The Red Blue Classic will take place at the Miami Beach Jewish Community Center from 7:00PM to 10:00PM on Tuesday, March 19th, and offers the opportunity to support a good cause while seeing two teams of DJs face off on the basketball court. (It should also provide a bit of a respite from the normal WMC bustle.) All proceeds from this inaugural event will be donated to Big Hearts For Big Dogs Rescue & Advocacy, a nonprofit organization that rescues and relocates large-breed dogs in south Florida.
Hot Creations boss Lee Foss and remix maestro Marc 'MK' Kinchen have been called up to play on the Red team, while the Blue team will feature Visionquest member Ryan Crosson and MANIK himself. Also joining in the friendly competition are The Martinez Brothers—Chris is on the Red Team, Steve on Blue. The rest of the roster includes Matt Tolfrey, Burnski, Oscar G, Jesse Perez, Jimmy Maheras, Nikko Gibler and Diego Martinelli. LA selector Bas will handle DJ and MC duties throughout the game.
