The Berlin-based artist's next album will come out on Shitkatapult in June.
Dubby techno purveyor Fenin has a new album due for release next month called Heartware.
The Hamburg-born, Berlin-based artist's production history stretches back more than a decade: aside from appearing on Echocord and Dock Records (he runs the latter alongside the brothers Lars and Gunnar Hemmerling), he's a fixture at Shitkatapult, which has featured artists like Apparat, Anders Ilar, and Cristian Vogel over the years. Heartware will be his fourth full-length for the label, and the first since 2010's Mixes And Maxis. The ten-track album is billed as "developing towards an ambient mood, rather than dancefloor mood." A couple vocalists, Poly and Wyanna Friedrich, make guest appearances.
On Sunday, June 9th, a release party will be thrown in Berlin at Suicide Circus's Sunday Social night. Along with Fenin, who will play live, Shitkatapult label mate Daniel Meteo and Leipzig's Map.ache are confirmed.
