Kingdom billed for Eagle Rock Music Festival

- The 15th annual Eagle Rock Music Festival will take place in LA on October 5th. Every year, the Centre for the Arts Eagle Rock throws its own festival in the heart of the Northeastern LA community. 2013's edition will take over Colorado Blvd, one of the neighbourhood's main drags, transforming local buildings and businesses into makeshift venues. Over seven stages, ERMF highlights pretty much every genre you could name, and this time around the Main Stage will host quite a few electronic acts. Chief among them is Night Slugs associate and Fade To Mind founder Kingdom, playing back-to-back with his labelmates Nguzunguzu. Eagle Rock-based house DJs Young Adults (who run the label of the same name) will spin, and local electronic R&B duo Skin Town will also perform. There will be a free shuttle from downtown LA to the festival site, as well as a bike valet and free parking. A $10 donation is suggested for entry.
