Four gigs across the continent are confirmed for the Athenian artist and Modal Analysis co-founder, AKA Slydex.
Kondaktor is a relatively newer alias from the DJ and producer also known as Slydex, who has been an active part of the Athens scene for almost a decade. He made his production debut as Kondaktor late last year with the Broken Boat cassette tape for Further Records. He's also one of the minds behind the label Modal Analysis, which over the past year and a half has featured artists like Yves De Mey, Cassegrain and Sawf.
Four DJ gigs are confirmed for Kondaktor on this side of the pond. First up, next Friday, is a night at Primary in Chicago hosted by Don't Trust Humans, who'll be celebrating their three-year anniversary. Local veterans Lubin and Lokua will also play sets, along with DTH duo Costes (AKA Debbie and [email protected]). Then on Friday, November 15th, Kondaktor will hit Output in Brooklyn for The Bunker—Blondes, Rrose and Tin Man are the other main room guests at that one, while Kim Ann Foxman is atop the bill in The Panther Room. The following night, Kondaktor will swing through Montreal for a Forbidden Planet party. Then, on Friday November 22nd, the short tour will wrap up when he touches down in Mexico City to play Sudaka.
Tickets to The Bunker at Output in Brooklyn are available here on RA.
