  • Elektron has a new flagship synth on the way called Analog Keys. The Swedish hardware maker, famous for their Octatrack sequencer and Machinedrum drum machine, has a feature set that will look familiar to anyone who's checked out the Analog Four. Like that synth, it boasts four voices, multi-pole analog filters, CV compatibility, master effects and quite a lot more. The Analog Keys, however, comes with a built-in keyboard, with 37 semi-weighted keys that can control either the onboard synth or anything else by way of MIDI. Another new feature is a joystick that can control up to 15 parameters. The just-announced synth is due out soon, with orders being taken from December 5th and shipments going out as early as December 9th. Have a look at Elektron's launch video below to get a feel for the synth's sound and build:
Elektron will release the Analog Keys on December 9th, 2013 for an estimated retail price of $1849 / 1749 Euro.
