Dixon headlines CTEMF 2014

  • CTEMF has announced details of its third edition, taking place at The Grand Parade in Cape Town in early 2014. The festival started life in 2012, set up "as a platform to celebrate the progress made by South Africa’s electronic music scene over the last fifteen years." Following Richie Hawtin's headline performance at last year's event (read the RA review here), the likes of Justin Martin, Noisia Benga, seminal hip-hop DJ The Original Jazzy Jay and Dixon have all been booked for 2014. Joining them will be a host of South African talent, including Black Coffee, Culoe De Song & Julian Gomes and Portable. As with previous years, a series of talks, panels and workshops will precede the main event, running from February 4th through 9th (the music kicks off on the 7th.)
