- The Japanese producer will release a beatless version of his last LP through Kompakt in February.
Kaito will release a new beatless collection on February 10th.
Less Time Until The End is a companion to this year's Until The End Of Time, which saw the Japanese artist "further explore his penchant for warm, trancey and organic electronica." Hiroshi Watanabe has a tradition of releasing these ambient follow-ups—he did the same for his last two full-lengths, Trust and Hundred Million Light Years. A press release describes the purpose as "to reinforce the intensity and focus of the original compositions, changing them in a more radical way than any remix could." Unlike the last beatless record, however, Less Time Until The End will come on vinyl as well as digital and CD, and as usual it'll see release through Kompakt.
