Jeff Mills, Karenn and more confirmed for Donaufestival 2014

- The tenth edition of the experimental-tinged electronic festival in Krems, Austria, runs for two weeks this late April and early May.
- The first details of Donaufestival 2014 have been revealed. This will be the tenth edition of the Krems, Austria-based festival, which features adventurous electronic music in addition to visual and performing arts. As usual, this year's festival will run across two weekends, one short and one a bit longer. The music side of the first, shorter weekend—running Friday, April 25th, through Saturday the 26th—is headlined by Jeff Mills, who will be performing material from his 2009 album The Sleeper Wakes. Vatican Shadow, Oneohtrix Point Never, Jon Hopkins, Robert Henke, Ron Morelli and Ninos du Brazil have also been confirmed for that weekend. The next weekend, which starts on Wednesday the 30th and runs through Saturday, May 3rd, features Samuel Kerridge, Objekt, Karenn, Sunn 0)))'s Stephen O'Malley, Donato Dozzy, Fennesz, Forest Swords and quite a few others. The full lineup is set to be announced on March 6th, which is also when day and multi-day passes go on sale. Weekend passes are already available through Donaufestival's website.
