- The Items & Things label chief will release his sixth album in July.
Marc Houle has revealed details of his sixth album, Cola Party, due out July 4th on Items & Things.
The album arrives two years on from the Canadian's previous LP, Undercover. (Though in 2013 he put out an LP as part of a live trio called La Folie). As with Undercover, Cola Party will come out on Items & Things, the label he launched with Magda and Troy Pierce after they left Minus back in 2011. A press release says the album continues to explore the "techno and jacking minimalistic-funk" that Houle has built his name on.
