- OX is the techno producer's first club-friendly solo release in almost three years.
Tommy Four Seven will soon drop his first solo release on CLR since 2011.
CLR is the label primarily responsible for bringing Tommy Four Seven to the attention of the wider techno community. The Berlin-based Englishman debuted on the Chris Liebing-chaired imprint in 2010, dropping a number of punishing, effective cuts that were heavily rinsed by techno jocks around the world.
Since the release of his debut album, Tommy Four Seven has remained quiet on the solo front, with his only original release dropping as part of Stroboscopic Artefact's experimental Monad series in 2012. OX sees the producer return to the same snarling, swung aesthetic of his earlier work with two new tracks, supported with a remix from Oscar Mulero. It will be released in August.
