The Running Back head and Tuff City Kids member will hit the states in October.
Revered DJ Gerd Janson will make his second trip to the states later this month, beginning his visit in Los Angeles on October 24th.
Gerd recently announced the 50th release on Running Back—the Leaves EP by Redshape—and has maintained a busy touring schedule, most recently playing back-to-back with Move D for nearly eight hours in Paris.
He'll start things off with a bang in LA, playing a lineup concocted by Red Bull Music Academy and polysexual clubbing mainstay A Club Called Rhonda. The tenth event in the energy drink giant's "This City Belongs To Me" series will take place in a private location, requires RSVP, and will be headlined by Seth Troxler and Guy Gerber. RBMA is involved in the following night's SF gig as well. He'll spin at As You Like It with Optimo and Running Back's Suzanne Kraft.
For his Chicago gig, Gerd will visit Smart Bar's weekly gay party, Queen!, with Derrick Carter and Garrett David. The following Thursday, he'll hit Stereo Bar in Montreal before traveling to Output's Halloween show in Brooklyn. For the New York gig, Danny Tenaglia will headline the main club while Janson and Kaspar Bjørke share duties in the adjacent Panther Room. He'll wrap things up on the first of November with a Toronto date alongside Mind Against.
Tickets to the San Francisco and shows are available on RA.
