  • Steve Spacek has a new album on the way, Modern Streets, due out in January 2015 via Ninja Tune. The UK producer has amassed a considerable body of work in his 15-plus year career, including collaborations alongside his brother D-Bridge, rapper Mos Def and Mark Pritchard as Africa Hitech. His latest project, for which has has adopted the Beat Spacek alias, sees him back making music on his own. According to the press release, the LP was made largely using iPhone and iPad apps and "is as much a love letter to the future as it is an ode to the past."
