- The Atlanta gear head will release on 1080p for the first time in December.
Moon B will drop a cassette through 1080p Collection on December 16th.
Atlanta's Wes Gray emerged back in 2012 with an untitled LP of retro-leaning analogue funk on People's Potential Unlimited. It became a bit of a sleeper hit and spawned further releases on the US label, as well as London's Going Good and Portland's Omega Supreme Records. Now, following up his second album on PPU earlier this year, he's preparing a full-length for Vancouver label 1080p Collection, ending a strong year that included material from Lnrdcroy, OOBE, Luke Wyatt as Infinity and Via App, among plenty of others. Composed of two side-long tracks, the press release describes it as "chopped, grainy subcontinental film aural motifs paired with other slankness" as well as "typically velvety [and] scruffy Moon B funk."
