Carl Craig and Stacey Pullen share the stage in LA

- The Detroit second wave stalwarts will play together this Friday.
- Carl Craig and Stacey Pullen will play the Framework event at Sound nightclub this Friday, December 19th. The duo's respective careers make for a sort of history lesson in the development of the Detroit sound. Both artists released early work on Derrick May's Transmat, and each of them remixed Kenny Larkin's Catatonic for R&S in 1994. Craig has recently revisited those early days, reissuing a remastered version of his classic 1997 album More Songs About Food And Revolutionary Art. On Friday, the two Detroit DJs will be backed by Bystander, AKA Sean Patrick, an artist who has released music on Three's Hallucienda imprint. Tickets to Framework are available on RA.
