Transmission is giving the Sydney dance music community the opportunity to say "NO" to war at the upcoming Transmission Anthem Evolution - Phase 3 Event.
Transmission promoter, Lisa Elliott said today. “The thought of Australia going to war again isn’t something that gives me peace of mind and I do view this event as an opportunity for the youth of Sydney to be able to be heard. The collective consciousness within the Dance Music Community is clearly shouting a big “NO” to the Australian Government. I believe that we are able to make a difference in this world and this is a step forward inside of that commitment”.
The next Transmission event being held at the State Sports Centre on February 15th happens to fall within the International weekend for Action and coincides with the “Walk against War Coalition” protest being held in Hyde Park. For those who are attending Transmission you to will be able to help make a difference and put a stop to war by signing one of the many petitions that will be circulating on the night.
