- Due out on Morphine Records, the LP will be the US veteran's first solo full-length since 1988.
Charles Cohen's next album, Brother I Prove You Wrong, will see release through Rabih Beaini's Morphine Records in May.
This is Cohen's first solo full-length since 1988's Music For Dance And Theater. As reported by FACT, the record was produced in Berlin in September 2014, and was written entirely using Cohen's Buchla Music Easel synthesizer. The nine tracks are made up of "surrealistic textural overlays and industrial miasma," according to the label, and are said to show a deeper, more personal side to the US veteran. The mastering process was handled by Neel at his Berlin studio. Brother I Prove You Wrong will be available as a double-pack vinyl from May.
