  • The first Online Radio Festival will take place at Muziekgebouw in Amsterdam from May 1st through 3rd. The festival will celebrate the rise of online radio stations in recent years, bringing together six thriving outfits: Amsterdam's Red Light Radio, London's NTS and Boiler Room, LA's Dublab, Gent's Stroom and Berlin Community Radio. It'll run for 30 hours, with each station having a hand in curating the lineup of live acts and DJs. Highlights include Dean Blunt, Juju & Jordash, Micachu, Awesome Tapes From Africa, James Pants, Acid Arab, Laurel Halo, Craig Leon, Gigi Masin and Suzanne Kraft, with representatives from each station—NTS's Charlie Bones, Redlight Radio's Orpheu The Wizard—stopping by to play some records. Part of the 30-hour programme, which is being broadcast across each station, will also be given over to specialist shows and panel talks.
