Phreakin has now become a regular monthly event at Two Floors Up, on the first Saturday of each month, commencing March 1. This month get a double dose of Phreakin as they present Chicago DJ, Johnny Fiasco on his first trip to Melbourne on Friday March 14. Fiasco is both DJ and producer, beginning his career as a DJ at some of the first underground "house" parties in Chicago, and in '88 landed a residency at Smart Bar with Mark Farina.
The Phreakin crew are in full support on the night with Damian Laird, Jeff Tyler, Tyson, Matt Keleher, Pip D’Aloia, Matt Wilko. The Dose Amigos (Oblivious and Scotrod) take care of the tunes downstairs.
The doors open from 9pm till 7am, and tickets are best purchased in advance because of limited numbers. They're $27.00 +bf and available at various outlets around town.
