- The new autumn and winter events series will launch at the Old Trafford venue in October.
Sankeys has joined forces with Manchester's Victoria Warehouse for a new events series called Sankeys Warehouse.
The venue, which is located in the city's Old Trafford district, is the same one used by The Warehouse Project in 2012 and 2013. Sankeys will run parties there for the next five years, taking place during the autumn and winter months. The opening date has been set for Saturday, October 17th, though no acts have been revealed yet. The lineups for the remainder of the first season will also be announced in the coming months.
"Creating events in these iconic locations has always been a true passion of mine," says Sankeys owner David Vincent. "However blockages and battles to obtain a licence over the last decade have prevented me from producing warehouse events, one-off productions and doing the things I love. I never thought there would be a time where I would return to promoting warehouse parties in Manchester and I can assure you there will be huge celebration on October 17th."
