Sandunes and Star Eyes are also on the lineup for the collective's anniversary party in Brooklyn this month.
The Brooklyn collective grew out of a two-night festival program that went down at Bossa Nova in September of last year. Its aim is to push back against music industry sexism by supporting female-identified DJs and producers.
Since their inaugural event, the group—which includes artists like Umfang, Via App and Volvox—has hosted events across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, including a panel discussion at the Red Bull Studios in April. They've also launched their own booking agency.
Discwoman's one-year anniversary will see the crew return to Bossa Nova with a genre-spanning lineup that includes local favorites Honey Dijon and Juliana Huxtable. Sandunes, Star Eyes, Katie Rex and Shy Eyez all round out the bill.
