- This week's RA podcaster will drop a six-track effort on Príncipe in October.
DJ Firmeza will release his first solo EP next month.
Titled Alma Do Meu Pai, the EP follows appearances on compilations released by Warp Records and Lisbon's Príncipe. It will be Príncipe releasing DJ Firmeza's proper debut, which features six tracks in the young producer's trademark rhythmic, drum-heavy style. Alma Do Meu Pai (which translates to "My Father's Soul") has been a long time coming—Firmeza has been a key player in the Lisbon scene for years now, largely thanks to his solid skills behind the decks. Alma Do Meu Pai drops on October 16th. In the meantime you can listen to his RA podcast, which is stacked with his own productions.
