Juan Atkins, Dopplereffekt and Arnaud Rebotini have also been confirmed for the two-day takeover at La Gaité Lyrique.
This year is the festival's second showing. It will host the world debut of Pierre Henry's new piece, Études Transcendantes Pour Un Piano Imaginaire. The musique concrète pioneer will be followed by Arnaud Rebotini and GRM deputy director Christian Zanési playing together, before James Holden performs his Terry Riley-inspired piece with tabla player Camilo Tirado. The following day, La Gaîté Lyrique will see Juan Atkins and Moritz von Oswald perform as Borderland, with Dopplereffekt also billed. Ensemble Links will play on both nights, delivering interpretations of Steve Reich's Drumming and Music For 18 Musicians.
Marathon! will also host Juan Atkins at XOYO in London on November 11th and Ensemble Links at Palermo's opera on December 22nd. The full programme can be found on the Marathon! website.
