Detroit's Dirty 313 celebrate Freqs of Nature with Jimmy Edgar and Delano Smith

- The promoter's third annual Halloween costume party happens this Saturday.
- Detroit crew Dirty 313ctronic Productions will celebrate Halloween this Saturday with their third annual Freqs of Nature costume party. Dirty 313, who are also known for hosting Riverside Groove each summer, will set up at TV Lounge this year, and the lineup is stacked with local (or locally-rooted) artists. Ultramajic man Jimmy Edgar, whose Shine EP dropped last month, is atop the bill, and also confirmed are longtime jocks Delano Smith, Norm Talley and DJ Psycho. The Friend, Shady P, Aran Daniels and Marshall Applewhite—representing How To Kill Records—will take turns on the decks as well, along with residents Zaca, Kevin Ritchey and Alex Maniaci. A costume contest will also be held, with a cash reward and tickets to other Dirty 313 parties, including next year's Riverside Groove, among the prizes to be won.
