Octave One, Frankie Bones play Devil's Night in San Diego

- A Detroit-heavy lineup will descend on San Diego's Spin nightclub on October 30th. Long-running Motor City techno unit Octave One headlines the affair—the brothers Lenny and Lawrence Burden released their latest album, Burn It Down, earlier this year. Throughout the US, the night before Halloween is known as "Mischief Night." In Detroit alone, it's referred to as "Devil's Night" and saw major vandalism and arson from the '70s through the '90s. A number of Detroit acts fill out the "Devil's Night" bill including Ghettotech lynchpin DJ Assault and M-nus affiliate Asher Perkins. New York techno progenitor (and recent RA Exchange guest) Frankie Bones will also be on hand to bang it out. Octave One recently visited RA's London HQ as part of our Sessions film series.
