Matmos will tour the US in late winter and spring.
Drew Daniel and MC Schmidt announced details of their next album, Ultimate Care II, late last year. Due out in a couple weeks via Thrill Jockey, the LP consists of one 38-minute track made entirely from the sounds of their own washing machine. Now they've announced an initial round of US tour dates to coincide with the release, starting in Baltimore on February 20th. Chicago is up next in mid-March, followed by New York later that week and Philadelphia in April. More dates will be announced shortly.
