RA and smartbar return to Detroit's TV Lounge for Movement opening party

- Derrick Carter, Delano Smith, Edward and Mike Servito have all been booked for the May 27th session.
- Resident Advisor and smartbar will return to TV Lounge in Detroit for a party during Movement 2016. This will be the second year we join forces with the Chicago club and the Detroit venue for an opening party. This one goes down on Friday, May 27th, with 12 acts spread across three rooms. smartbar have lined up DJs Derrick Carter, SOLD, Sevron, Sassmouth, Jarvi, Olin and Gramaphone Records owner Michael Serafini, while Delano Smith, Bruce Bailey and TV Lounge's own Remote Viewing Team rep for the Motor City. Mike Servito and Giegling staple Edward, who will perform live, complete the bill. The party will run from 6 PM through 4 AM. The following day, Movement proper begins, with the likes of Kraftwerk, Nina Kraviz, Four Tet, Zip and Caribou performing at Hart Plaza from May 28th through 30th.
