  • Mick Wills and DJ Fett Burger have been tapped to remix tracks from Hunee's Hunch Music LP. Hunch Music, the debut full-length the Amsterdam-based house artist, real name Hun Choi, was widely praised upon its release last June on Rush Hour Music. It earned a place on our list of the year's best LPs, and in the Netherlands, the media group 3VOOR12 gave it best album of 2015 honors—the first independent electronic album to win that award. (Of course, last year Choi also curated Sounds From The Far East, a retrospective of Soichi Terada's Far East Recordings label, which grabbed the #1 spot on our year's top compilations list.) Now Hunee is seeing his Hunch Music cuts "Hiding The Moon" and "Crossroads" remixed by German underground fixture Wills and Sex Tags man DJ Fett Burger. The two new takes each measure around ten minutes in length, and they'll be put on vinyl in a white sleeve with embossed artwork. For more on Hunee's story, check out Aaron Coultate's profile from last spring. Tracklist A Hunee - Hiding The Moon (Mick Wills Remix) B Hunee - Crossroads (DJ Fett Burger's Boss Brian Computer Mix) Rush Hour Music will release Hunch Music Remixes in April 2016.
