Skepta will not be making it to the US this weekend for his planned show.
The grime MC and producer was set to begin a tour of the US and Canada starting this weekend at Coachella. But, according to FACT, he took to Instagram today to reveal that his US visa has been denied and that he is "not allowed in America right now."
The fate of future gigs is uncertain, including an appearance at the second weekend of Coachella, as Skepta says he "is still taking forward steps."
He also has upcoming dates in Canada, but there is no word yet on whether he'll be able to make those.
Yesterday, Skepta revealed the full details of his upcoming album, Konnichiwa, which is due out in May. He also released its next single, "Man," which you can listen to below.
