Kode9 and Cassegrain billed for Meow Wolf Memorial Weekend

- Sante Fe art collective Meow Wolf are hosting a three-day series of events over Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 27th through Sunday the 29th. The Meow Wolf Memorial Weekend comprises a pair of nighttime parties for Friday and one for Saturday, along with an outdoor afternoon session for Sunday, all taking place at their sprawling new art complex. Early evening Friday will feature four sets: experimental hip-hop producer and Anticon co-founder Adam Drucker is due to play solo as doseone and as part of his group GO DARK, with Metal Mother and Lady Gloves also confirmed. Topping off that night is a show with Berlin-based techno duo Cassegrain. On Saturday, Hyperdub boss Kode9 and Sepalcure, AKA Travis Stewart (Machinedrum) and Praveen Sharma, make up the lineup. Sunday's food truck-fed outdoor party will feature a cast of local DJs that's still TBA. The events are open to all ages, as usual for Meow Wolf, and ticket price includes admission to the complex's 20,000 square-foot permanent exhibition, House of Eternal Return. Featuring 70 spaces with contributions from more than 130 artists, it's described as an "explorable wonderland" that tells the story of a family "locked away in their Victorian house... in the midst of a dimensional drift."
