Boxed will release BOXED002, a various artists EP, on June 8th.
The grime collective grew from a London club night run by resident DJs Mr. Mitch, Logos, Oil Gang and Slackk. In addition to releasing two digital-only compilations, they also launched a vinyl label last year with the four-track collection BOXED001. The A side of BOXED002 features contributions from Logos as well as Iglew, an affiliate of Mr. Mitch's leftfield grime label Gobstopper Records. On the flip is a collaboration between Spooky and Boylan, plus a track from Oxford-based young gun Jawside.
