  • Mysteries Of The Deep IV: Sacred Rituals will go down at 315 Ten Eyck in Brooklyn on Friday, May 13th. The party series—which grew out of a podcast of the same name—brings techno together with noise, ambient and conceptual performances. Top billing for their fourth edition goes to Ken Meier, founder of the Fear of Music podcast (and brother of Karl Meier, the Chicago DJ who took a swing at RA's Playing Favourites series last month). Also on the bill is Panabrite, AKA Seattle resident Norm Chambers, who's known for analog-heavy ambient music, as well as Further Reductions, the live techno duo of Shawn O'Sullivan and Katie Rose. Rounding out the lineup is Portland-based William Selman, whose performances deal in modular synths, field recordings and live percussion, and Bunker New York resident Patrick Russell. Check out In Search Of The Miraculous, Ken Meier's mix for the Mysteries Of The Deep podcast from earlier this week, below.
