Sónar heads to Istanbul, Hong Kong in 2017

- The Spanish festival will also visit Latin America and Sweden.
- Sónar has added two new cities to its international schedule for 2017. Istanbul and Hong Kong are the new additions to the Spanish organisation's touring festival of music and technology. The Istanbul edition will take place over four stages and two days between March 24th and 25th in the Zorlu Performing Arts Center. Sónar Hong Kong is next up on April 1st, but no venue has been announced. The festival is also set to return to Reykjavik in February 2017 from the 16th through 18th and Stockholm from March 31st to April 1st. There's a Latin American leg planned that will visit Santiago, Buenos Aires and Bogota, but no dates have been confirmed. The festival's flagship edition in Barcelona wrapped up on Saturday.
