Bears In Space celebrates seven years with DJ Harvey

- LA's gay disco institution has booked Harvey Bassett for a party on July 4th weekend.
- DJ Harvey will headline Bears In Space at Akbar on July 3rd. The Venice Beach selector's stock is at an all-time high. Summer 2016 sees Harvey returning to Ibiza for his Pike's Place residency, and he'll also be at London club XOYO on a weekly basis in August in between festival appearances at Dekmantel and Fuji Rock. He's also been fairly active on home turf. He appeared alongside Guy Gerber for the LA version of Rumors and also with Honey Soundsystem for a pride kick-off party earlier this month. He'll keep things gay and underground with an appearance at the Bears In Space seventh anniversary event. The beloved day-into-night party is put together by Eastside fixtures Chris Bowen and Victor Rodriguez.
