The Acting Press boss will play Oakland, LA and Washington DC starting this weekend.
PLO Man will DJ three US dates beginning in Oakland this Saturday.
Over the past couple years, the Berlin-via-Vancouver resident has built up steam through strong releases on his label, Acting Press, in addition to his classy DJ style, which blends classic genres like '90s house and jungle. In Oakland, he'll play for the fledgling night and label Club Lonely, the crew which counts Clone affiliate Vin Sol as a co-founder. The late-night party goes down on Saturday the 13th at B4bel4b Gallery in Oakland.
The next day, he'll headline popular LA daytime party Acid Camp with support from Cromie and P Relief. The 1432 R and Future Times labels have lined up a gig in Washington DC for PLO Man. That one goes down August 19th at Flash. Future Times boss Max D comes in on support, as do 1432 R mainstays Sami and Dawit Eklund. (For that one, PLO Man and Max D will play the bar, with DFA's Marcus Marr among those booked for the main room.)
