Dream 2 Science plan first-ever live show in New York

- The classic house trio will headline at a garden party in Brooklyn later this month.
- Dream 2 Science will perform live as a trio at a TBA outdoor location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on Sunday, August 28th. The New York house group's only EP, a self-titled 12-inch from 1990, was out of print for 22 years until Rush Hour reissued it four years ago. Since then Dream 2 Science has been launched back into the spotlight, with a handful of European gigs as well as this summer's Boiler Room appearance (which you can watch below). Founder Ben Cenac has had a few different projects through the years, including Push/Pull, whose album was also reissued by Rush Hour in 2014. The group will perform live for the first time with all three original contributors: Cenac on keys and machines alongside Yvette "Lady E" Cenac and Gregg "G4" Fore on vocals. Local house heads Shawn Dub, Turtle Bugg and The Duchess will join them at a daytime garden party organized in part by RA staffer Brandon Wilner.
