- Dance Freak, featuring remixes from Mall Grab and DJ Haus, is out later this month.
Sydney promoter Pelvis will be launching a record label at the end of this month.
The party collective first appeared on the scene back in 2012, hosting regular shows at the now-closed Goodgod Small Club and developing their distinctive aesthetic into an apparel line. They'll continue to expand the brand with their first 12-inch, Dance Freak, with the lead track produced under the name Pelvis. According to the press release, the production has "an original from the crew at its core."
The record also features reworkings by Mall Grab and Unknown to the Unknown boss DJ Haus, plus a remix from DJ Nozaki exclusively on the vinyl edition. A launch party for the record will be held at Sydney club 77 on September 30th, with Mall Grab headlining.
