DJ Shadow is releasing a remixed version of his classic album Endtroducing....
The project was revealed during a conversation between DJ Shadow, AKA Joshua Davis, and younger hip-hop producer Clams Casino, recorded as part of a Talkhouse Music podcast.
"This year is the twentieth anniversary of Entroducing..., Davis says on the podcast, "so curating this remix album, I wanted to provide another layer of perspective on the record and invite my current favorites and a few favorites from other eras to do remixes."
There's no full tracklist yet, but Clams Casino is on deck for a remix, and as Pitchfork reports, Davis has been playing out a Hudson Mohawke remix of "Midnight In A Perfect World."
