- A couple of rare Sound Signature releases were just repressed.
Theo Parrish's Sketches is available via Sound Signature now.
The triple vinyl set was initially released in a run of 150 during the 2010 edition of Movement in Detroit. The set of eight tracks, done in Parrish's signature roughshod style, came with spray-painted covers and featured the likes of Larry Mizell and The Rotating Assembly. Though a CD version eventually emerged, the scant vinyl version regularly fetches three figures on Discogs. Parrish has also repressed the valuable Somethin About Detroit 12-inch, a record that also slipped out at the festival that year.
