Lorenzo Senni signs to Warp Records

- The Italian experimental artist has a handful of live dates in North America and Europe.
- Warp has signed the Milan-based producer Lorenzo Senni. Senni released an album of trance-inflected electronics via Boomkat Editions in 2014, a follow-up to his 2012 LP for Editions Mego. He also founded the label Presto!?, which has released music from the likes of Florian Hecker, DJ Stingray and Palmistry in the last few years. Now he's signed on to Warp (though they haven't detailed any new releases yet), and will play a series of live dates to celebrate the occasion. First up are two Red Bull Music Academy gigs—one in Glasgow next week and another in Montreal towards the end of the month—then a New York stop at the Umbrella Factory on the 27th. He'll head to London for a performance at the LN-CC store in Dalston on November 10th, followed by one last show at home in Milan at Dude Club.
