Animals Dancing reveal NYD lineup with Pender Street Steppers

- Animals Dancing have announced the bill for their 2017 New Year's Day party in Melbourne. After skipping around different outdoor venues for the past five years, this time the crew will be taking over the full Mercat Cross Hotel, the inner-Melbourne complex which contains their usual club home, The Mercat Basement. It'll be one of their last outings at the venue before it closes in February, and to mark the occasion they've booked Glasgow duo Optimo, Mood Hut's Pender Street Steppers and esteemed Cologne selector Lena Willikens, who makes her Australian debut. Animals Dancing residents Tornado Wallace, Otologic and Andee Frost will also be on the bill, while Sleep D will host a Butter Sessions showcase in the basement with artists TBA. The party begins at 2 PM on January 1st.
