  • S.A.M., AKA Samuel Andre Madsen, will release his debut album, Dream State Of A Bellmaker, next month. The Danish producer and DJ, who also collaborates with Lazare Hoche and Malin Genie under the name Mandar, has a penchant for dubby, minimal-leaning house and techno. He's put out more than a dozen solo records, much of it coming through his own label Delaphine, which is where Dream State Of A Bellmaker will see release. Described by Madsen as a revealing album "with nods to my personal interest in jazz but also with more or less direct references to my own personal life," Dream State Of A Bellmaker features more than an hour of music—and five of its tracks measure beyond the eight-minute mark, including a 14-minute closing suite. It'll come on triple-vinyl, CD and digital formats. A single, pairing a different version of "Out Of Touch" with "Pour Aisha," is also on the way. Tracklist A1 Baby I'm Sorry A2 Alone In A Crowd B Out Of Touch C1 Pour Aisha C2 Two Hearts In Doubt D Mirror E Better To Have Loved F Thank You / Dream State Of A Bellmaker / Big Sur Delaphine will release Dream State Of A Bellmaker on February 13th, 2017.
