- The Berlin-based house producer's new project will focus on his own material.
Arnaldo is preparing to launch a label called Naturist Recordings.
The deep, airy house that William Arnaldo Smith produces has been championed by the likes of Smallville, UntilMyHeartStops and Greta Cottage Workshop. (He's also appeared on Scissor & Thread using his low-key Rosas Nievas alias.) Now the Argentine-born, UK-raised and currently Berlin-based artist is starting his own label, which he says for now will be an outlet for his music only.
Smith kicks things off next month with Good Music Hips, Bad Music Fists. The four-track EP is set to come out initially on hand-stamped vinyl, packaged with the first of four artwork inserts that together will form a larger illustration. A digital version will be available about a week later.
