Moog is offering a new drum machine to attendees of a synth building workshop at this years' Moogfest.
It costs $1500 to attend the workshop and attendance is capped at 100 people, although some places are still available. Moog's Mother-32 modular synthesiser is the template for the Drummer From Another Mother drum machine, a modular Eurorack format device, which will be built under the guidance of Moog engineers over the course of two days. Apart from basic soldering skills, no experience is necessary to take the workshop. The drum machine will not get a wider release and is limited to 100 units.
