  • An exhibition of Juan Mendez's visual art will go on display at Village Underground in East London from May 4th through 6th. In addition to his DJ and production career as Silent Servant, Mendez is a respected graphic designer. The exhibition, which is called Dilettante, will display his creative work for the now-closed Sandwell District label, his own Jealous God outlet, and other labels like Electric Voice and Felte. The exhibition, which is free entry, will run from 6 PM through 11 PM each day. (The opening night is an invite-only affair.) Mendez will DJ each evening, as will Pandora's Jukebox. For more information, head to the exhibition's Facebook page.
