  • The next release on Vladimir Ivkovic's Offen Music comes from Beck, Nash & Reyenga. The track was made in the late '00s, when Red Light Records and Music From Memory man Tako Reyenga and Jonny Nash headed to Düsseldorf producer Ralf Beck's studio to record some material for their Sombrero Galaxy project. Beck joined in an impromptu jam which resulted in the 16-minute epic "Metaclaw." While "Metaclaw" had been "lost" since those sessions, the DJs at Salon Des Amateurs, where Ivkovic is a resident, have been playing it ever since. Ivkovic roped in Musiccargo member Gordon Pohl for a remix, as well as Versatile Records boss Gilb'R, who appears for the first time under his given name Gilbert Cohen. Hunee played Cohen's take as part of his recent Essential Mix. Listen to clips over at Rush Hour. Tracklist 01. Metaclaw 02. Metaclaw (Gordon Pohl Remix) 03. Metaclaw (Gilbert Cohen Remix) Offen Music will release Metaclaw on June 5th, 2017.
