LCD Soundsystem have finished work on their new album.
James Murphy gave this latest update during the group's set at Sasquatch! Music Festival in Washington state. As Pitchfork reports, news of the announcement was first shared on Reddit and then confirmed by the festival, though no video has surfaced yet.
The band have been hinting at new recordings since they reunited, and most recently shared two new tracks, "American Dream" and "Call The Police."
Today, Murphy posted a note to the band's official Facebook page, indicating the record is done, mastered and at the pressing plant. He also noted it will be the last record recorded at the original DFA studios.
