It includes an "analog" version of the title track, taken from his recent album, alongside a new tune.
It's the first new music to follow Migration, the UK artist's sixth album, which landed in January. The EP includes an "analog" version of album track "Bambro Koyo Ganda" alongside the original—both of which feature Innov Gnawa, a Moroccan gnawa band based in New York. There's also a new track, "Samurai," which was conceived in the same studio sessions but never made it onto the original album.
Bonobo also contributed music to a mobile app called Horizons VR, made for the Google Daydream platform. It includes a fully interactive version of the Migration album cut "Outlier." Learn more about that over at Google Play.
He'll head out on a tour of North America from August to October, hitting most major cities over the course of nearly thirty live dates.
