The latest reissue from Iceland's dub techno vaults has been announced.
Ooger, a 1998 album from the Oz Artists duo of
Aðalsteinn Guðmundsson and Thorhallur Skulason, AKA Yagya and Thor, will land as a double-vinyl package in October. Thule sub-label AE Recordings, which originally released the record, is handling the reissue. One of just three official Oz Artists releases, Ooger features nine techno tunes in line with the dubbby and atmospheric style pushed by many Icelandic producers throughout the late '90s and early '00s. It follows the recent reissues of Guðmundsson's River Electric and NonniMal's Freyja.
